Basement (in-law suite) finished in march '12 in collaboration with T. Martinez and J.Foster (Fosters inc.). 900+ Sq footage was finished with a complete kitchen, living room, full bath, laundry room, and a 2nd master bedroom

We are moving right along with the Beards basement. Sheetrock should be done by the end of the week with trim and paint beginning next week. We are right on schedule for this tight timeframe the homeowners needed for an upcoming party.

Today we started the Beards basement finish, while postponing finish the painting of the exterior of there home because of high chance of rain

Yesterday we started on Ms. Woodring's interior makeover; refinishing of hardwood floors, painting of ceiling, walls, and changing stain trim to painted white.  This is going to dramatically change the home and we are excited for her to see the final product.  

Congrats Ms. Woodring on your new home. We are happy we could help change it to be more in line with your personality.

Today we started on Mr. and Mrs. Davis' Bathroom, it was gutted quickly and now we are starting to put this main bath back together as fast as possible so that this family of four isn't inconvenienced long with a construction mess.

The bath and house was given back to the Davis' today, the newly finished bath will help them sell this house as they look to move up to better fit this expanding family.
