Basement (in-law suite) finished in march '12 in collaboration with T. Martinez and J.Foster (Fosters inc.). 900+ Sq footage was finished with a complete kitchen, living room, full bath, laundry room, and a 2nd master bedroom
We are moving right along with the Beards basement. Sheetrock should be done by the end of the week with trim and paint beginning next week. We are right on schedule for this tight timeframe the homeowners needed for an upcoming party.
