Dustin Hawkins - Founder/President
Dustin started in the construction business when he was 16, working for a good friend's father who is a local builder, framing houses in the northland. That 1996 summer experience propelled his desire to work in the building trades. He spent the years following learning and mastering the home building craft, learning, taking classes and practicing the skills needed for remodeling, renovating, and building homes. Wanting more "stress" in 2007, Dustin made the decision to start his own company. This decision was accompanied by enrolling in business classes at Park University. Running his new business during the day and attending college at night Dustin was able to gain the business skills needed for running the executive side of a successful business. This thirst for knowledge led him to acquire a Bachelor's in Finance and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), all while growing the entire business year after year. Dustin is also a Kansas City Licensed Contractor.
